Shipping:
Normally it takes 2 working days to North America (U.S & Canada), and 3 working days to Europe (U.K, Netherlands, France, Spain, Italy etc), and 3-5 working days to African countries (South Africa, Nigeria, Namibia, Zambia etc).

For Example, you are in the U.S.A, place order on your Sunday night and will receive hair on Tuesday morning (by 10:00am)

Pls Note: we put tracking no with your order after hair shipped, you can see the tracking no after log into your account. 

Return & Refund:
Please contact us asap after you received the hairs, and pls keep the hair in original package if you don't like it and want to send it back for refund or exchange new hair. 
The refund will be rendered once the hair(s) has been sent back in original state.

3) quality problem? return and money back !
4) change texture/length/color? return and exchange new hair !
